After riding in the Bay Area for many years I realized there were a lot of independent
riders who, like me, were not part of a club or organization but just wanted to ride without all the politics and pettiness
associated with an official club. The Roadhouse Monkeys was born with the understanding that every rider shares a bond that
goes beyond status, age, or the type of bike one rides. Because of that philosophy the Roadhouse Monkeys is not a
club in the traditional since, that’s why there is not a president, a vise president, a master of arms, dues to pay
or meetings to attend, etc. What we are is simply fellow
motorcycle enthusiasts who utilizing this web site and listed e-mail addresses to suggest and participate in enjoyable rides.
What we do have are volunteers and web site staff to help organize this web site, the events we attend and the
rides we participate in.

Our goal is to create an environment in
which all riders are welcome. A place to exchange ideas, share
information and network with each other. Please feel free to send in your ideas on great rides, technical information, links, or anything else you think fellow Roadhouse Monkeys will benefit from.
