Meet Jesse Lane & Houdini

Web Designer, Musician, Roadhouse Monkey

In 1995 I bought my first Harley. It was and still is a '95 Bad Boy

I added pipes, cam, ape-hangers, custom astronomy and wolf paint job, wolf-paw kickstand, and a custom dog seat over the tank

My favorite event is the Annual Biker Dog Run, which happens the first Sunday after Mothers Day. Biker dogs show up in Montclair and we ride out to Brionnes on country roads and then have a little party somewhere. My dog, Houdini, loves to ride, as does my wife and her dog, Gypsy.  We love the fresh air and the camaraderie.

I joined the Roadhouse Monkeys to have fun with fellow riding enthusiasts. Jesse and his riding partner, a biker dog named Houdini, can be seem cruisin' the east bay on their '95 Bad Boy.  Houdini and Jesse started the world's first motorcycle club for biker dogs with members as far away as Japan.  In fact Jesse and Houdini appeared on national Japanese Television (TV Tokyo) at one point.  And mark this date on your calendar: May 16th, 2004 is the 2nd Annual Biker Dog Run, a run which made front page headlines last year. The event will double as a CD release party for Jesse's new CD, entitled of course "BIKER DOG" (run event details on www.BikerDogsMC.org or www.DogsOnBikes.com).  If you see a bike with a strange "chariot-dog-seat thing" on the tank and license plate "BIKR DOG" outside Quinn's Lighthouse in Oakland or at Albatross Pub in Berkeley,

stop in and say "Woof!" - Jesse
