Welcome to Otis’s kitchen.

Eric (the Otis) Carmichael has been a chef at some of the finest dinning establishments in the Bay Area. The recipes he shares are from years of dedication to his craft. Presently Otis is working the burners at the Montclair Golf Course & Restaurant in Oakland. Eric and his wife Sharon are also the coordinators for the Roadhouse Monkeys -Bay Area.

Grilled Asparagus
 
One bunch medium asparagus
Balsamic vinegar
Olive Oil
1/8 cup Thyme (Chopped)
1/8 cup Italian Parsley (Chopped)
1 T.  Chopped Garlic & Ginger
Salt & pepper to taste
1 glass of white wine   
(Follow the slide show along as Chef Otis does his magic)
